This is the full Soundstream package, head, pre amplifier, and changer. Its that rare. I think you'd be hard pressed to find this setup anywhere else. I have only admired this beautiful setup.
Never used it. One of the highest-end sound quality head units ever available. Built by Nakamichi and only offered in Japan. I would strongly suggest a well versed technician go through and recap this unit.
